Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza:

Oh my goodness, a RECIPE!!!! 
Surprise, Surprise!
See, I still do cook!!

We went through a pizza kick recently, 
and this is one of Bradley's favorites!
Honestly, my favorite part of this, is the sun-dried tomatoes!
Don't skip that part, they're so good!
Hope you try it out!



1 gluten-free pizza crust, baked
1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese, room temperature
1 packet ranch dressing seasoning mix
2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded or cubed
1 small onion, diced
3-4 slices,sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
Shredded mozzarella cheese
3-4 slices of cooked, crumbled bacon

In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese and ranch dressing mix. 
Spread evenly over the baked pizza crust.
Top with chicken, onion and sun-dried tomatoes.
Sprinkle with cheese, and add the crumbled bacon over the top.
Bake at 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes, 
or until hot through, and cheese is melted.
Slice and Serve!
