Frozen Grapes

So, this isn't really a "recipe" but it is something that Bradley and I both love to eat!

They are awesome when it's super hot in the summer, but they're good anytime!!
And it's a perfect way to use up grapes!
We love to eat grapes, but can't always eat them fast enough before they start to get soft.
So we will usually eat them fresh for the first couple of days, and I will freeze the leftovers!

I know it might sounds crazy, but honestly they are so good!!
I don't know how to explain them, except maybe like pop-cycle bites!
Except healthier and less messy!!

Both red and green grapes work great!
Just make sure they're seedless.....you don't want people choking on seeds!

And for smaller children, I have cut them in half and even quarters.
Kids love them, but I didn't want it to be a choking hazard, so cutting them in half lets kids enjoy them, without you have to worry!!!

All you have to do is take all the grapes off the stems.
Wash thoroughly and spread on a cookie sheet.
Freeze for about 2-3 hours or until firm.
Store in an airtight container or plastic bag!

You can let the grapes dry after you wash them, if you prefer.
It really doesn't matter. If you don't let them dry, there may be some frozen water beads on some of them (as you can kind of tell in the picture below). This doesn't bother me, so I don't worry about making sure they are dry.

I hope you give them a try, and enjoy them as much as we do!

Oh! and tell Bradley "happy Birthday." I didn't forget....I'm just extending the celebration ;-)
